Well folks, I cant say I have had any experience with other cdi setups but I can say the Vortex is worth the extra money. The ranges in map settings are VERY noticable and extremely fun to toy around with. The unit seems well constructed, mounts right up and plugs right in to the factory connectors. Literally took only 15 min. to install!( and thats adding wire loom and being meticulous about it all). Anyone thinking about making the purchase....I would definetaly recomend it.
