02' SP700 No 2WD

Default 02' SP700 No 2WD
Anyone heard of this problem? The bike is always in 4x4 , when you switch it off it does not change! Dealer said it might be that the switch is frozen from the cold weather?

Either the switch is always on (for whatever reason) or your front diff/hub has problems.
