Anyone had a problem with 500/600/700 new central hillard design front gearcase. My problem is mine is slamming into awd when switch is in off position. I have unplugged front diff. and problem still occurs, so it is not an electrical problem, it is mechanical, I have heard things about plastic or metal roller cages causing problems. Anyone had this problem and found fix for it other than replacing entire gearcase?

 

ANYONE?

 

My 03 700 is doing it now and it's at the dealer being checked out.
