Default How do you replace throttle spring on raptor?

I have the mechanic's manuals but there aren't dissasembly instructions for the throttly assembly and my throttle spring rusted and is no longer preloaded. I can move the throttle by hand but it won't return to idle.
I can't seem to figure out how to remove the spring and it's part number. Anyone help?

I think the spring is held in by the end plate on the throttle shaft. Which is swedged on. I doubt Yamaha will sell it separately from the carbs.

It is ridiculous if I have to buy a new carb because of some 20 cent spring. Is this for sure or does anybody have any other ideas to fix it?
