Hey fellows has anybody ever heard of a converter for an ATV wheel you know the type where you can make ford rims fit on chevrolet lugs and if you haven't do you think some kind of converter like this could be made. I really don't see why it couldn't where as spacers are sold all the time for atv's and I just happen to have a good buddy that owns a super garage where he fabricates stuff for hot rods mainly plymouth from 1934 up...so what do you think fellows the reason I am asking is my dealer had some super 27" blackwaters but the back ones wouldn't fit do to Polaris changeing the bolt pattern when they went to IRS and does anybody know what year that Polaris did this going to IRS...thanks...

The Polaris Sportsman 500 '96+, Xplorer 500 '97, and Sportsman 335 '98+ all use the same rear wheels, 4/156 pattern. None of the others use this, since none of the others have IRS.

Any machine shop could make adapters for the rear ones. The fronts should fit. You would have to mount the '95 rear wheels backwards so your quad isn't 6 feet wide.
