Having trouble with gears please help

I have a 2000 Yamaha Warrior. When I first start my atv it runs fine for about half an hour. When it gets hot it will pop out of gear and it grinds. When I let it cool down it runs fine.Any suggestions will be appreacted.

Do they have cluthes if so it sounds like it needs to be ajusted.
