Looks good so far. I would start at one end and replace every serviceable part on my way through the atv. Sandblasting will make rusty parts come alive. You will be very surprised how the Zilla runs with PROPER jetting. Sitting still on pavement through 3 gears...then it tries too pull your arms out of your sockets...your eyes are instantly watterring....you are spinning around curves WFO....yep, I remember my last ride on one.

yeah Im prety much gona rip right thru, i was suprised how shabby things were getting all my own fault of course, ill let the guys finish the hub conversion to the satisfaction then get the stub axles powdered the same as the frame, the swinger came with the housing and the barings are just like new and my linkage had new barings just before christmas,
the guy who owns the shop that are doing the work has a sister with a fastener company so hes gona send every nut and bolt off down there and have them all matched up with stainless steel,
its all getting out of hand you start on one thing and all of a sudden it starts showing you that other parts are gona look shabby so you have to do something with them,
the main thing is the original blue on the engine has to go! now the frames been done, probably gona be a combination of polishing and the same blue powder as the frame,
probably get the A-arms polished as well,

yeah it started out being built as a flat track machine and its still at the forefront of my mind, in the meantime im looking for another wheeler, probably a 250 that i can just get out and ride on for everyday use, and just stick to routine maintainance,
as for the zilla it wont get any use till its finished, its only gona be done the once and done right, then its just a case of keeping on top of things, and keeping off the beach,LOL
