Default Air box lid ds650?

Does any one know where I can get a new air box lid or an aftermarket lid for an 03 ds650? Or do I even need one at all, I have a K&N with an outerware? The dealer who installed the exhaust and air cleaner lost it, But I have not paid them yet and will deduct the cost from the total bill! BTW I have allready picked up the bike.

I have seen the EHS cover , it looks pretty trick, but does it work well for $67. I also saw the stock cover on ebay but I would have to wait 7 days for the listing to end and then the time to ship if the price didn't get too high! What about no lid? I don't want to start a big heated debate, but would like to know if it would work better or worse with out the lid. Thanks in advace for all the info that will soon be posted

If I run the EHS lid, will that resolve the lid, no lid issue?

Pro rider just let me know the shippng and handling costs are, and consider it a done deal, Even if I go with the EHS I would still like to have the original!

If you like the EHS lid you might consider building it. On Outerwares website you can special order any size or piece of outerware material, and it is not very expensive. Then you can cut you factory lid to the size you want. Then you just need something to hold it to the lid. You could build it from like 16 gauge steel and paint it and it would be much cheaper than the EHS lid. Just take a little time if you have it availible and want to mess with it. At least thats what I was going to do, then I heard about all the dyno tests with the DS and my stock lid is there to stay. EHS lids at least look cool if anything else.
