I have the Trinity pipe on my DS and am running a 172.5 main jet, well it started spitting black soot out the exhaust, it did'nt always do this just recently, any Ideas?

 

Mine started doing the smae thing in the lat 2 weeks. My grab bar is black!!!

 

your guys bikes are rich, that is fuel. try leaning them out a little[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

it never did this before, just recently, same jetting as always

 

The pipe has only got 15-20 hours on it, only half a season of riding.

 

40 hrs is a whole season[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Dang I ride way to much then. Ridding season here is southern california is year round though[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
Some types of packing will last longer than others. and how well you pack it makes a diff too.
