Number plate background color for Amatuer GNCC?
thanks for responding Captain...i know exactly what a background is...i just wanted to know what color your background has to be for Amatuer class racing. i looked it up. and the answer is...
Background= Black
Numbers= White
not mandatory for amateurs...but they do suggest it, if your gonna run several nationals in a year.
