my honda 200es 1984 turns over but a flame shoots out of the airbox and starts a fire and i cant get it to start but it waz starting now it doesnt. i also have another problem my carbarater leaks gas threw the bottom where the over flow spot is coulkd my flot be gettin stuck

 

try tapping the side of the carb with a screwdriver....sounds like your floats hung or worn out...might have to take the carb out and look at it...

 

Here is what you do....first go buy a good fire extinguisher, j/k.
Sounds like you need to clean your carb. As you said you float is probably sticking. Clean up everything and stop the fuel from overflowing then you will will be ready to try and crank it.
