My gf just bought a o4 blaster a week or so ago. Well as so as we got it home it was bearly running it just made a knocking noise. After i shut it down for a while i started it back up and it did the same thing for a min then cleared up. We have been riging it all week and tonght i started the same thing then it died i couldnt get it started again. we went back home i put it in the garage and changed the plug. I kicked it for ever and then it finally started and had to mess with the choke to keep it running then it died again what should i look into now

 

are the klunking noises far apart or closer togather?

were are the noises coming from?

 

you say its an 04, check the flywheel key to see if it may have sheared or the stator plate came loose, if you bought it new, just take it back to the dealer you bought it from.

 

it sounds like the top end when you hit the gas its closer together

 

take it to the dealer man for it ,it has a 6 month warranty and just tell them whats wrong w/ it they got to fix it.
