I have another post started on this board about banshee carbs....some things may help you out in that post.
I'm in a strange dilema with getting the banshee started for the first time each day.....anyway..on to your problem.
Modern fuels are plagued with additives depending on your location...sometimes looking at the plugs will not help you tell how the engine is running.
Does the bike idle nice? how is the mid range? Can you open it up and have it pull right through the gears to top speed? If all those things are in check...and the bike does not overheat...I would say your pretty close on the jetting.
