I have a 04 grizz and was wondering about getting one of those billet end caps for the exhaust like that guy has on ebay... Are they any good? Do they actually add power ? It worth 40$ ? Or just save up for a real slip on ?

need more bottom and midrange power.

 

i wouldn't count on much of a power increase but on my grizz i did the stock exhaust mod (drilled 10 holes in baffle and welded on larger tip) and afterwards it had much better take off from a stop. before it seemed to have a bog from a dead stop, now it will ride wheelies in low with barely a pull on the bars and in high with a good tug. i did the exhaust mod, adjusted my valves and cleaned my air filter all at once and it seemed to run much better afterwards.
