Default Sag for trail and jumping?

I have had my DS setup for 3 inches in the rear and like 2 in front for 2 years and my DS always seems to be so much higher then other DS's. How much sag should I set it up for trail riding/woops/jumping. NOT MX style jumping just messing around jumping. I also weigh 230. I dont want to bottom it and I also dont want to keep the front end up all the time. I will also lower the front to around 4 inches rider sag.. just to lower its feel.

I run about 4 inches in front and five in the rear. It is perfect for me. The sag only helps a little to bottoming, it is mostly the valving that keeps it from bottoming. If you bottom it too much, you can crank up the compression on the rear, and buy aftermarket shocks for the front.
