I'm putting my rap back together and have a few questions. It is now a 686 w/ 12:1 piston, Stage 2 cam, no box or custom box w/ no lid, CT pipe and silencer. Where should I start the jetting (stock carbs)

 

If your not going to have the carbs modded at least get needle and seats (valve assemblies) from an 02 Grizzly. I would start out big on the mains 200/200 and work your way down but I don't think you'll go any lower then 190/195. Do you have CT needles?

 

No I have dyno jet needles. Should I get the CT needles?

 

What parts should I be taking off the Grizzley? Just the needle and seat?

 

195,200 mains, 27,5 pilots, stock needles on the third clip.

One for each carb.
DJ needles should work fine.
