hpd billet head vs. stock milled head
#1
im thinking about getting a hpd billet head (92 octane). rite now i have a regular stock head that has been shaved a thousandths of an inch (i believe, just guessing) by hpd. is the hpd billet head worth the 250 clams or should i stick with my stock head. if it is worth the $$, wat kind of performance will i recieve? im also thinking bout getting a 39 pwk. i will gladly take any input on both these mods.
any advice greatly appreciated

The nice thing about the HPD head is that you can interchange the domes. And it is machined for the girdle. The 39PWK is the way to go ,it will be a huge improvement over stock.Give Rick a call.

yes, they give the head a better squish to run higher octane level
gas,if HPD got them, the real gains with the hpd heads (premium) is a better cooling effiency, unless you want to go far more on mods,go for the pwk 39,it will give your combo a great boost of response and power.
