Default Problem Update?

Ok pulled the floatbowl, a bit more crap in there, cleaned it out, drained the gas, checked the filters on the fuel on/off valve, put fresh gas in and some gas line antifreeze, checked sparkplug connections, put in a different plug (cr6e stock is a cr7e) it is the only one the automotive place had, but I will change it back to the cr7e I just got that one to see what it would run like, runs better but still sputtering when I have to work it up a hill or something, so now I am wondering if my jetting is out?? It was fine last year, they changed the choke plunger in it cause it was bent, so I am wondering if that is affecting my jetting now?? Because it is not bent anymore? I also took out my jets and checked them out, there was a little bit in one of them but cleaned it out. What are you guys running for jets after the muffler mod (150 is stock I am at 155 at 2-3000 ft) It is also backfiring after letting off the throttle when going fast, but got better after my changes. Thanks for any help. I was also running marine premium 91 octane in it. It is a 2003 400i Auto.
