I just rebuilt the transmission on my '01 raptor. I've started the quad a couple of times since the rebuild and everything worked well, but now the starter doesn't have the power to turn the engine over unless it's not on the compression stroke. The battery is fully charged and still won't turn with jumper cables hooked up to it. Any advice would be appreciated!
