Default clutch creeping

my99 sportsman 500 is creeping in gear at idle. i thought the primary spring maybe week so i changed it
to the green one (dealer did't have the white) the green is fun but to much for me i like wheelies but not
everytime i take off. i'll get the white one,but its still creeping in gear i have to shut it off to shift gears.
i also put on a new belt, and the washer behind the secondary clutch it was worn. no change still creeps
????????

Take it to your dealer and get the 2 shims replaced in the front clutch sprague. The little spline collar down in the drive clutch,...if you can move it in and out, this is your problem.Fix it right away as it will ruin your new belt in only a few miles(wear the grooves under side of it wrong),and then it will creep even with the shims fixed. This is very common at about 1000 miles on 500's.

They need to put the clutch in a vise with a holding fixture and grunt bar that turns the center spider off.You need those tools. The dealer can do it in 20 mins for ya.These should be replaced every 1000 miles .
