Default Eiger problems

My friend has a 2004 eiger and is having carb problems with it. Said the gas was filling up the oil and wouldn't stop flowing through the carb. Said he checked the needle, chock, and made sure the vent tube wasn't stopped up. Said he didn't see anything wrong with any of it. What do you think. I believe it still has problems with the needle or chock somewhere.

Default Eiger problems

I would guess that the float is stuck or not adjusted properly if no crud was found in the float bowl. I had this problem after I put my eiger on its side. I rejeted the carb, installed inline filter, installed inline fuel petcock (briggs and stratton style). I turn the inline petcock off when transporting, or leaving it sit for extended time. I have no trust in the factory petcock, It has never worked correctly in my opinion.
