i just put 150 155 main jets in 25 poilets and a skiner needle 3rd clip from the top left carb screw 3 turns out right carb 2 and now it clicks in low rpms and it clicks and shuts off i ordered a new spark plug and it back fires when i rev it high and let off and ideas plz help it sounds almost like my starter kicks off or something but the sound comes from right under my gas tank i think...

 

is it only when ur idling?? does it feel like is backfiring and jumping?? does it only happen when you get the engine rpms up past 3000? if you can answer these i can prob help ya [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

no i happenes when iam ridin to in low rpms, yes it backfires when i give it full throttle and let off and yes it happenes to about half throttle

 

The clicking sounds like you are hearing the motor backfire through the carbs or somthing like that, mine makes the same noise when i have the seat off. I am not sure what it is, but the noise comes from the carbs. Also, the crankcase breather makes a kinda puffing clicking noise. I put a little filter on it so it would muffle some of the noise it made. The starter would make more of a grinding noise i think if it was hanging in my opinion.
