Have an 02 rancher and it seems I can't get it over 45 miles an hour.I know they will do at least 50 -55 .just wondering is it because I only have 400 miles on it or could it be something elese.

 

Ive got a new 04 with only 70 miles on it so far.Ive not exceeded 35 mph as of yet.My bro-in-law has a 2000 es 2x4 with over 800 miles on it ,and weve gotten it up to 52mph before.Not much if anything past 52.The motor was really rapped out also.Yours should get better with a few more miles.This 52 mph was on level road with a 195 lb rider.Scott.

 

I hav a friend with a rancher and when me and him are on his weeler we can get up to 79 km/h. I also hav another friend who has another rancher and his will be my other friends cuz he ragged the crap put of it when he first got it and it is a lot faster and it kept right wit my polaris sportsman 500.

Hey I have had my Rancher up to 56 mph. what you probably need to do is change your oil. thats the only thing I can figure would be wrong.
