I've been thingking of getting the atp, I think it would be an awesome investment. I have read every post on here and have gotten great info.
My questions are: what is the top speed of this machine?
Is there any high performance upgrades available?
Is there a lift kit and/or what's the max size tire I can run?
How do you think it would be in creek and light trail riding?
Thanks for any info I can get!!!!

I love My ATP, I have taken it up to 55mph but it will go faster, the speedometer register 70 or 75 mph and it will probably come close to that. I use my atp for everything i have put it in the mud and it does very well. It is also very comfortable and it would be good for trailriding. Its pretty hard on fuel though. I thing you would enjoy the atp very much. it has a lot of storage spce which would also come in handy on a trail ride.

Hope you bought yourself an ATP. Mine has been great so far, its not very comfortable for 2 large adults though. Make sure if you ride double you both test drive it together. Lucky for me, my wife is small and we both can ride it, but it gets uncomfortable for me at times sitting so far forward. As for mods, im finding alot of information on the forums about them, from front lifts to light mods. The top speed out the door is right at 60, I've had mine at 62 downhill, but she'll hold her own at 60. I've outrun a stock Rubicon, he hangs with me til about 45 then I pull away. Its been a great creek rider. Only time she's slipped was when I hit it too hard trying to soak someone. I splashed water down the belt housing exhaust, but Ive had it pretty deep and never injested anything, knock on wood. I've also rode it in Tellico, NC. They have alot of jeep rock climbing compititions there (alot of the 4x4 shows have episodes there at times.) and the ATP performed well. The straight rear axle does limit its climbing ability when it comes to rocks, but I kept up with a IRS Polaris, just took a little more finess at times.
Let me know if you need anything else or how things are going. One more thing, I don't think its 'hard' on fuel. It has a very small gas tank. Ive rode mine for 4 hours on one tank, about 45 miles. That may be bad for some, but I had a suzuki LT250 that went no more than 30 miles to the tank, so the ATP is great for twice the power ;o)
