Default Wheel Spacers? Effective Handeling Solution?

Hey guys. I got an 86' Q'racer and want to be able to handle like new quads and have good traction. So i am looking at some wheel spacers. Look like a good price if their an effective way to improve your quads handleing. IT says the rear gets +2.5'' and front get +1.5''.
Will i get a noticable handeling increase and better traction? and if i had to only get one set, which should it be? Im using stock swingarm, axle and a-arms. Thanks For all info, and also. What about FMF Tourqe Reeds? will the give me noticable power boost? thanks for all info guys.

it is a cheap way to widen it up a little

it will completely change your steering geometry and leverage

bump stear will become more of an issue, and your wrists and tie rods will take the punishment.

It is nothing like doing the real thing. (a-arms)

im not saying they are terrible in all situations

they would work fine for flat track racing or if you wanted to widen it up a little for mild MX

I understand they dont like to be jumped either,,,,although some people say they have no trouble breaking them

I dont know enough about LT's to help you (although i have an 87 completely disassembled in the garage waiting to go back together)

I could measure my a-arms if you want to compare

Which ride were you refering to? Thanks!
