check everything over again. Starting fluid is bad for a 2 stroke

I give it choke and a little bit of throttle on first kick and no more gas after that and it always fires on the second or third kick. I have seen people mash the throttle everytime they kick and all this does is flood the carb. Give it enough gas to crank it on the first kick and it should have enough fuel in there to crank. If you do flood the motor, then hold the throttle all the way down while kicking it quickly several times to get air to flow through the carbs and evaporate the excess gas. Hope this was the help you were looking for.

Sam

Check your plug gap....Usually in my experience the plug gap even though may be to specs can still be made just a bit smaller.

I usually clean the plugs with a torch or drop in some new ones.
