Default Viper Eton 90 opinions requested please?

For $1999 brand new from the dealer it looks like a good deal. It has a decent suspension & lights & its an oil injected 2 stroke. I am looking to get it for my kids, they used to ride a Suzuki LT50 but its a little too small & doesn't have enough power now that they are getting older.

Any opinions of this quad would be greatly appreciated!

Its an awesome bike and should be a big step up from your LT50 if it was stock. If you do a little searching you will find lots of info on this subject as it has been posted many times before.

Thanks for the replies. I wasn't sure if it had any reliability issues. I was told its manufactured in Korea.

Republic of China.

But don't be fooled, there is a lot of good stuff coming out of both.

I thought it was taiwan. My boy has one. You should be able to get it cheaper, we paid 100 less out the door and some have done even better. The thing is tough but you still have to check it out often. Alot of things get loose from riding that need to be tightened up before they break and the electrical connections corrode fast if riden through water and cleaned alot.

Taiwan is in the Republic of China. They have some sort of deal with the mainland too, though.

Check bolts regularly and use some thread lock from you local auto store. Can't help with the water thing. Don't have any over here.

Have had one for 4 mos now. No major problems.
It is a quick little quad and has good suspension.
I got mine quite a bit cheaper than that, might want to offer less.
Is it an 05 or 04? 05 has a few changes, reverse, remote kill control.
