Default Diff lock in snow...Grizzly v. Prairie v. Sportsman v. Arctic Cat

Hey guys, I have another question about the different 4X4 machines out there. For all you owners of different 4x4's and hopefully some of you that have owned different brands....... How do you like the diff lock on your machine for going thru deep snow during winter? Specifically, do you Prairie owners find yourself having to constantly hold the variable diff lock lever in most of the time while riding in the snow? I was thinking that a set up where the machine could be constantly left in 4WD (locked) like the Grizzly, Arctic Cat or Sportsman might be better when running in snow. (especially deep or wet snow).
