Default BRUTE FORCE OR P700/TWINPEAKS!!WHAT TO DO, WHAT TO DO???

As an expierienced sport quad trail rider, i have decided to make the move up to the big bore sport-utes...i'm gettin older and my knees are goin after blowin them out a few times so im ready for something a little more "comfy" and capable...i've narrowed it down to the brute or the p700/peaks..but after that i am tossed up...the brute's power seems so appealing to me as does what i have heard of it capabilities...but then again so does the p700..
to give yall an idea i am definately an aggressive trail rider...fast paced..power slides...bump jumping logs etc...but also where i ride a majority of the time there are deep water/mud crossings...places to catch air.....steep and/or off camber hills etc.....also as a former sporty guy i love wheelies...big ones...i figure if i am gonna make this jump i wanna do it the right way...and i wanna make the right 7000 dollar choice...irs or not? 750 or 700...help me out fellas...all opnions appreciated

if you have to have the fasted ute in a straight line then there is no option........get the brute.

if you plan on trail burning i thing the prairie/twin peaks has the upperhand. The Brute may have a plush ride but it's still TALL and IRS which doesn't translate well to awesome trail manners.

I'm waiting for a 750 prairie..............

Big 6,
I have a P-700 and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It slides around corners, It jumps, it beat's 400 ex's in drags, It weaves very well through the trees very well. None of my friends can keep up with me. I had an IRS quad before I got this one and I don't miss it one bit. The fun factor went up from about a 6 to a 9.75 out of 10. What an amazing vehicle. There are obviously some advantages of having an IRS bike, but only if you ride in very deep, compacted ruts. I can go where any IRS machine can go, and some places they can't. I love my bike.
Good luck

Riding in Miami FL is different than Ohio/KY/WV/PA.

My current dilemma is the same as yours except I am going to wait a couple of weeks and see what the new KingQuad 700 is all about.

I think this weekend I finally omitted the P700 from my lineup. I rode a Rincon all weekend and even though I dont want a Rincon because of the lack of power, I do want the IRS for my riding needs. I am not a huge mud and rock climbing fan, but I found myself in both situations several times, and I honestly feel that the P700 would not have been as fun in those situations. The ground clearance is a true issue where I ride because of the mud and rocks, so I think for me I am going to stick with IRS. So for me the BF and KQ700 are what I have narrowed down to.

were did you ride this weekend? I rode out Hurricane Creek with a few rincons. We all went the same places, three rincons went throught the same hole, first had 25" bugs, second had 27" 589s third had 27" vamps..........they made sure they rutted it out real good for me.......i went all the way to were i had to climb out of the hole and high centered..........buddy has it on video at least the first 40sec or so of me sling muck about 20 feet in the air. If the rincon had a locker and a low range it would be an absolute beast in the mud. The Brute should be the mud master for a long time to come.

You might also want to consider the Suzuki Vinson. I hear it is a pretty "sporty" utility quad.
I like my Prairie, but it sometimes feels like a tank on the off camber trails. Also you may not like the BF's IRS if you like to powerslide.

Hey Wvatv......how did that Rincon feel in corners? I rode one for a few but never really had a chance to ride it like I wanted to.Everything you rear says it handles real well.If this is true then they CAN make an IRS that corners good also.........
