Clutch cable broke.. Replace with stock or?
#1
My cluch cable broke off at the end where the ball is.. IT was a clean break. I guess it was just old and warn. Before I order the stocker from the dealer tomorrow is there a better option? I am not cost wise ready to get the Hydo one...

I ended up going with the stocker. Finally got around to putting it on today. Routing it is a little bit of a pain but, only a 1 or 2 on the hardness of the job scale (10 pts. high.)
Need to connect it to the clutch actuator. Something doesn't look right so I may end up pulling off the clutch cover. (Hardness of the job just went up a notch.)
Weird. That's exactly where mine broke. Guess I'll put it on the spare parts list or at least get a spare next year to keep with me in case it breaks.
