There were two problems. First, was me doing a newbie and having it on choke when it wasn't (had it backwards). And second, the needle was bent slightly and a jet was buggered (AC mech/dealer words). He replaced that and installed a different jet size. He charged $48 for labor and $2.95 for a new spark plug (which was needed). He stopped working on the atvs in the shop since he knew I lived alittle over 2 hours away (one way) and told me to grab some lunch in town and be back about a hour and a half. It runs great now and said I shouldn't have any problems running at 5K-10K ft.
