Default Prairie rear spring adjustment

How hard is it? The guy at the shop supposedly tightened it up four or five turns and I cant feel a diff..
Do I need a new spring or does tightening up help for the passenger?

Tightening the spring will make it ride higher, bottom out less and be better when riding someone. However, if you ride slow by yourself you will get a rougher ride.

After reading some posts, I'll wait till the Bighorns radials are on before I mess with it more.
