To cure problem, remove noisy rough riding mud tires! Otherwise, big lugged tires are noisy and rough riding and it is normal. Also don't run them on pavement either.

Default bike shakes with mud tires on

I have a set of 28" Mudzillas. They are REAL ROUGH over 35mph. I put them on a static balancer and they were out just a bit. How is 1 pound 2 ounces? I couple things I found will help. Lower pressure to about 5 pounds , and check your alignment. Mine had 1-1/4" toe out. Spec is 1/2"Toe IN . Off by a 1-3/4 !! Simplest way to check: Straighten bars, and use tie downs to secure the handlebars to the back rack, so the bars can't turn. Make a mark in the center of each front tire. (Use the parting line if its still there).Measure Center to center. Roll the bike 1/2 tire revolution. Measure the marks again. The front should be 1/2" less than the back. If not, loosen the tie rod lock nuts and adjust. It helps to use a straight edge to the back tire to see which front tire needs the adjustment, or if both do. Also, you can measure from the wheel to the frame. Hope it helps!
