I did call them a while back and he sounded like he new his stuff, except one thing. he told me he uses wisco pistons, but wisco doesen't make a piston for the ds? do they, I've never found one.

MPC stage 1- porting & head work, Hi-comp. piston kit, performance cams, over sized valves, titanium spring kit & top end gasket set. Stage 1 kit for $1,095.00
It just doesn't add up, no matter who's parts or machine work that you use! This comes down to you get what you pay for. IMO! If a forum member with a history of good replies with good results I would look at it. Beware of newbies stating how good it is. It would be great if it was but chances is it's not. JMOI!

I'd ask to see a machine perform that he has done work on. Find out if anyone local to you with his kit is going to hit the track or whatever so you can see it run & find out exactly what the costs were of that work etc. Start by being interested and skeptical, then investigate. If you have time see if you can take a look at his shop, or see if he has a DS650 in the process so you can see the work up close - then take some pics & post em here so other people can toss in an opinion.
