When i purchased the 350x it had a 14 tooth front sprocket and it was a little tall for my liking. I went back down to stock gearing 13/40 and it is much better for the tight trails.

Yeah a 14 tooth up front is way too tall unless all u want is top end. I was running a 13 tooth w/ 18" tires and that thing had tons of tourque, only prob was it sat way too low for any rough trails. So i switched to 20" turf tamers and kept the 13 tooth but i wanted to see how much speed a 14 tooth would have and i liked the top end for a little while but then got tired of having no bottom end so now i'm gonna try and figure out a good combo to stick w/, one w/ a lot of bottom end but still a little bit of top speed.
