#1
I just bought a praire360 4x4 yesterday and i want to order a tire and wheel kit for it. Does anybody know the biggest size of tire, or a good tire and wheel comb. for me to put on it. Any info at all will help me. Thanx Garrett

If you do go with 27" tires I'd recomend the red secondary spring, you'll have a bit more noise from the increased RPM & you'll loose some on the top end, but it will work much better with those size of tires.

27's???????? I like the power it has being stock. Maybe the 26's would be better for me. I dont ever drive fast, but there is a whole lot of thick black mud where i live. Does anyone have pics with replacement tires. thanx for the info

Can i run 26x12x12 mudlites on the front and rear on my stock wheels? Or should i go with the 26x10x12 up front on my stock wheels? I would like to keep my stock wheels if the 26" tires will fit.

I think (don't know for sure) the 26x12x12 would be too wide up front and the steering effort would be pretty high. You could always buy two and try it before you order the other two. I'd look at a spring swap Uinthas said as well as that will help with the bigger tires.

I own a praire 360... Go with the 12x10x26 in front and 12x12x26 in the rear... I also use the black secondary spring... Powerloss with those is minimul and steering is way easier then stock.. The sucker will climb a tree and go anywhere as long as you dont high center it.. Totally amazing change for mine.. Although i am about ready to sell the quad for a p700 for more power. Outside of that i been totally happy with it... Hope this helps...

I dont understand why one would want that wide of a tire, however I "think" they will fit. Your asking allot out of your little prairie if those tires weigh significanly more then stock, i.e. I use to own a P-300 & threw some large 589's on, they looked terrific & significantly helped me out in mud & snow with the extra traction, infact it got me out of some problems I think a 4x4 would have a bit of a hassle wtih, (was a 2x4) however I would say I lost a full 30% of my power, & had one hell of a time keeping any speed on gradual up hill mountain trails, I got so discusted with it I traded it in for my P-360 (wich ended up to be a good thing) I dont know how much those tires weigh, but a word to the wise, be very cautios of heavy tires on smaller ATV's. And again, if your going to use larger then stock tires either the black or red secondary spring will be a huge improvement, heck the black is a nice improvment over stock..

I dont have mine on stock wheels. I am not totally sure about whether they would rub on the front or not with stock wheels but i sure they be fine on the back.. As far as power loss goes it has been very little with mine. When it gets in way to much of a bind the belt slips instead of it breaking something.
