Just got the bike last week. Should I have a rear brake handle on the handlebars or does it just have a foot brake for the rear?

it should have both. {it has the a rear drum brake with 2 cables right????}

 

It has a rear drum brake with one cable, but I think it does have an opening for another cable.

One other thing, someone told me that behind my left foot there should be a low/high/reverse shifter? I can't find nothing like that on this bike? I don't know if I even have reverse...lol

This thing is killing me, I rebuilt the carb and now it starts but won't run when the choke is closed, then once the fuel bowl fills up I get gas pouring out of the vent tube so I am guessin my float isn't closing but I have plastic floats and there is no adj. on them, can't bend the tang like you would on the metal ones. I think I need a new carb. Any idea which company makes a good relatively cheap carb for this?
