Jeff asked for it...Mudlite vs 589 pics
#1
Hey Jeff,
Went out an snapped some pics....sorry, but didn't clean the Mudlites, even though I sprayed down the machine last weekend, still dirty...
Rear tires
Front tires
Rear tires, side view
Its hard to look at the pics when one is on the machine. The lugs aren't really as small as they look on the Mudlites, they are probably only about 1/8" difference, pictures just make it look different.
Maybe I should have put the stock 26" tires alongside....damn I've got alot of tires/wheels...got carried away I guess....lol

hey Elkbow, which tires do you like better the 589's or the Mudlites? which seem to be better for all uses and long life? I found this past post and decided to ask before I order my 27" Mudlites on the type 6 wheels tomarrow or saturday.

so if you ride alot of mud stuff or soft wet terrain, go with the 589's....they are both comparable and there are better tires for hard pack.
the Mud Lites have an advantage in the weight department, but not enough to warrant deciding purely on weight....
its a hard call, I really like both alot....
