Rolled ATV, need parts

I have a buddy who rolled his '99 Polaris 400 4x4 2-stroke (explorer I think??) Anyway he busted up his front rack & busted off his thumb throttle. Question is are these dealer only items?? or is there aftermarket he could get somewhere??

Rolled ATV, need parts

I have the front plastic off a 97 400 Explorer. Its in good shape. I took it off to mount my winch higher. Let me know if your interested.

Do you have the rack?? plastic is not broken, just the rack.. Also his thumb throttle broke off, does he need to replace the entire cable or just the thumb throttle
