When i have it at full throttle and in the high end of fourth gear the engine seems to miss and stutter. Could it be the plugs or something else? i would appreciate some input form you other guys. maybe the major accident that i had a month ago knocked something loose internally, i dont know.

Before you look for a problem related to your getoff, I would install a new plug, not to solve the problem, but to avoid contaminating the reading you'll get when you do another run at full throttle for a mile or so, at the end of which you'll want to pull the plug & read it for correct main jetting. If the electrode & insulator is tan or brown, then jetting is not your problem and well may be something related to your crash. BTW, it doesn't matter what gear you use for this test. Your engine only knows 3/4 to full throttle in any gear is the main jet circuit.

Mine seems to do the same thing. Only in 4th gear at the very top just before the rev limiter. But mine only does it when I do a wheelie. I even went up another main jet size, stayed the same. Other then that it runs strong.

i recently had engine work done to my 300ex. i had it bored out .030, and i happened to keep a 125 main jet on... it didnt sputter at all, and ran fine... buuut, i figured that with my dg alloy pipe, and my new k&N filter i probably should go to a 130... so i did, and it ran kinda ****ty, sputtering at top end... i'm gonna try lowering the needle jet to see what happens, and i have a new exhaust on the way. My conclusion is that honda runs there jets rich from the get-go, and a 125, or 127 will do the trick for a decently modified engine... i'm also looking into a cam, a rev box and some other things, to see what they will do for me.
