Sportsman radials and alloys?
#2
I haven't been using radials, but I have two sets of ITP Type 5C wheels, one with 27" Mud Lites and the other with 27" 589's. Due to the increased size, I lost some power/acceleration since I went bigger, but still work well. If you do a search, I had a thread on weight comparisons between these two, unfortunately I didn't weight the stock 26" tires and steel wheels, that will be coming one of these days.
As far as Mud/Snow, both the Mud Lites and 589's work great, I would give the advantage to the 589's. As far as all-around, I would give the advantage to the Mud Lites...they are lighter and do almost as well as the 589's at everything....
