Default HPD antivibe stem or Rath's antivibe stem

Well guys........I might wait a bit on the new exhaust......or just get the rath header......but anyways, another mod(s) I'm looking into getting is the HPD antivibe steering stem with the big bar(1 1/8") clamp.......or the Rath stem......

So my question is, which is better?? Do they really reduce the viberations a lot?? Are they lighter in weight? What handle bars do you suggest that will fit the clamp(I like the way my handle bars(stock) now feel, so can I get the stem and bars to be the same(close)?? How hard are these to install?? I will be racing xc next year(05), so I think this will be a good mod, I should be set up, other than this(I have suspension, and a steering stabilizer).......

Thanks for all of the help.

Brad

Ken, I know you have one of these, and you probably have tested it.......please feel free to chime in here.
