whats the stock weights in the scrambler? talkin bout clutches.

so if i got the s-58, it should lower my engagement? i do mostly rocks and logs, and im not worried about power

Stock 500 Scrammy weights are 10MB or 10MH

You are correct,the 400 has the S-55's.

whats the actualy weight though? trying to find heavier weights to lower my engagement

I believe thats correct, also a lighter weight spring would accomplish the same.

The stock weights are 10-MB and are 47 grams the 10-MH are 50.5 grams.

ive ran the s55 weights in the 500 to get the lower speed engagement. but dont go too heavy or you'll start eating belts, especially at low speeds on rocks and log terrain. if you look at the weight profile you will see that the s series is heavier out on the end and the 10 series is heavier in the middle. this is part of what controls shift out. another thing you can do for rough type terrain is to play with the driven clutch, tighten the tension some to keep from shifting out so quick. these are things you'll have to play with til you get what you like.
