Thanks to all the suggestions, it was the float. I did as laserman suggested and bent it up some, no more stalling. To anyone reading for the first time my 2000 90cc Monsoon would run for about five minutes then quit, you could let it sit for five minutes and it would start back up and do the same thing. Also would bog down when it started to quit. I adjusted the float and it works perfectly, I also spent about an hour cleaning the carb. Thanks to all who wrote in
