Would you rather want a 2005 STD Predator or a 2005 TLD Predator?

 

i think the TLD has better suspension and geared different for more low end. so i would probably pick that one since i dont usually use top speed that much.

 

The std would have more low end...the tld is geared higher. I would say go out and ride both, and see what you think.

 

is the tld geared higher?? I thought that second and third were geared to shift out quicker and then the rest of the gears were the same...well it ends up being the same top speed

 

They changed 2-4 on the tld. 1 & 5 are the same.

I'm confused now RAJ I thought the TLD was more low end power and accelerated better/faster then the STD.

 

The tld is geared higher, 2-4 and 1 & 5 are the same as the std. Ok looks like the tld 2-4 would be like putting a 15 tooth front sprocket on.

The tld is geared lower than the the std predator except for 5th gear, they have the same fifth gear. I perfer the std even the mags like the std. tranny better but they like the suspension and tires on the tld.

 

Ok I was thinking wrong for some reason. You are right it is geared lower then the Std.
