Default Cover for a baja? and Bleeding brake lines

Here are two stupid questions:
If I remove the cover off the master Cylinder to replace with Billet cover am I going to have to bleed the brakes?
and
Is there a cover made for the Baja model or will the normal DS cover fit? I thought the handgaurds might make a difference.

No - You won't have to bleed the brakes if your just replacing the cover.
Don't know about the weather cover.
ALBA in Poway CA. has carbon fiber stuff including radiator scoops.
Graydon has good nerfs.
Rocky Mountain ATV for tires
Check Ebay for other DS stuff.
