Does any body know what is a better trail ridding machine?

 

Both are great trail quads. The Wolverine is sportier while the Rancher is more utility. I would have to give the reliability edge to the Honda, but the Wolverine is better for jumping and racing.

I'm sure either would be great for you. I would say for strictly trail riding the wolverine would be more fun. Now for mud riding, I'd go with the honda.

I'm pretty sure the wolverine will spank the rancher in a drag but I've never raced one. Actually a guy I know wants to race his wife's rancher against my wolverine. I'll post the results if I get the chance to run him.

 

I have no plroblem beating my cousin on his 04 400 Rancher. The 350's are a bit more sluggish. My wolverine will not go as well as his bike in muddy, wet conditions though.

 

ANother thing I forgot to mention funwheels is that the Rancher is more comfortable for slow trail riding. The Wolverine has a sporty, stiff suspension for aggressive riding and if you like to just putt around, it will beat you to death.
