Here are some ideas. Find the gas line coming from your gas valve to the carb. Pull the line off of the carb and drain the gas into a "CLEAN" bucket. Inspect the gas for any debris or particles. If none reconnect gas line and put gas back into machine.
Next inspect spark plug. If it is a wet dark black with some build-up on it or if it is pretty much the same color as a new one your jetting is messed up, and it is running way too fat (black and wet) or it is way too lean (no color change). Both of these can cause bogging too an extent, till it either fouls the plug or seizes the engine.
Last, unscrew the big cap on top of your carb and pull out the big spring and the round barrell slide. Inspect for a gummy build-up. If none, loosen the hose clamps on both sides of the carb, turn gas off, and pull gas line from carb and pull the carb out of the boots. Get a whole can of carb cleaner, place the carb in a "CLEAN" bucket and start spraying everywhere in side of the carb, including in where the gas line goes, just fill it up! If you are comfortable with taking carb apart you can unscrew the four screws on the bottom of the carb, and pull the little bowl off, but carfull not to break or tear the gasket (if you do, you can get one for $1 at just about anywhere). Look in the bottom of the bowl to inspect for a gummy substance or build-up!
If you still haven't found anything and it still runs like crap. Then start checking things like the air-filter, exhaust manifold cracks or leaks.
Good Luck! Hope you find it!
Post what you found when you fix it, for others to know!
