Default lt80 clutch problems

I just bought a 03 lt80 it has alot of motor and clutch work done to it.All work was done by Hetricks racing by previous owner. The engine is bored 1 over with a suzuki piston and rings and the head was ported and polished. The clutch was also worked. It has a 20mm mukuni carb and runs great. The problem is it has to rev up so high and then it flies Pullinf the front ties off the ground.I would like a more gradual take off.I took off the front clutch and there are 4 rollers but 2 were turned the wrong way so I don't know if thats the problem and the cage that holds the rollers is shaved alittle.Called hedricks and they said they do shave the cage but the rollers should not be sideways.I do notice the spring in back clutch is alot stiffer then stock,so can I put a stock spring back in there or will I mess everything up since it's a worked motor. Thanks for everyones help. Also I am using 100 octane buster and premix is 40:1

Also I have a 96 lt80 great power but smokes alot any ideas what it could be it has the oil injector on it.Should I try premixing the oil

You need more roller weight to slow the stall speed.
Go to 6 rollers drilled to 5/16".
FYI: the rollers turn when you take the clutch off.

96: pre-mix is prefered by most motor builders altho it may not be your problem. What oil are you using?

Your welcome.
Everyone has their own oil preference. Mine is TORCO GP-7. It has proven to provide longer piston life to me and the ones that try it.
I've tried Maxima (927 and SuperM), various over the counter oils, Klotz R-50, and most recently Amsoil.
Non can compare to the wear (or should I say lack of wear) of the Torco oil. The Klotz R-50 is 2nd in my book. I expected more out of the amsoil to be honest.
Hope that helps.
