Default Torque Stuffer for a Rancher ?

Hey guys I would like to know your opinions on installing a torque stuffer on my Rancher 350 4x4. I know very little about then, only that they install in the head pipe and help create more exhaust back pressure. This increase in back pressure increases engine torque but at the expense of top end power. Is this correct ? If so would it be worth while installing a torque stuffer on my Rancher ?

Can you have too much torque ? I'm running 25" Titan 589 MT's and would like abit more power to get through the sticky mud and hill climbs that are on the trails we ride.
